One-on-one personal training sessions are designed around your individual fitness goals. All training is done in my facility in Princeton Junction, NJ.

I can help develop a sports specific or general fitness program that will improve your conditioning and performance. With a dedicated commitment to your overall fitness, expect to see dramatic improvements in your cardiovascular health, muscle strength and flexibility.

2 People, 1 Hour Shared Session

A typical session is one hour and will include:

Balancing and core strengthening

Functional fitness

Free weight exercises

Resistance training 

• Cardio interval training
